Bottled under the Fure (冨玲) label of Umetsu Shuzo, a Tottori brewery founded in 1865 that has produced exclusively rice-and-koji sake since 2005. Brewed with subterranean water from Mount Daisen and pressed slowly through traditional wooden fune, the sake is crafted to develop depth with warmth.
