
Benten Junmai Daiginjo Genshu Aiyama uses Aiyama, one of Japan's most prized sake rice varieties known for producing rich, deeply umami sake, in an undiluted junmai daiginjo from Goto Shuzoten in Takahata, Yamagata. Aiyama's intensely complex character at full genshu strength produces a distinctive, deeply layered junmai daiginjo of uncommon depth.
