Benten Daiginjo Genshu Dewasansan Takahata is an undiluted daiginjo from Goto Shuzoten in Takahata, Yamagata, using Dewa Sansan grown specifically in the Takahata area. Bottled at full brewing strength, it delivers a concentrated expression of Takahata's terroir through the distinctive floral character of Dewa Sansan rice at full genshu intensity.
