Shironigorisake is a lightly filtered cloudy sake retaining rice lees, giving it a creamy white color and mildly sweet, rich texture. Bottled at 70% polish and 19% alcohol, this Hiroshima version is an active (kassei) style, mildly effervescent with a fresh, lactic nose and smooth drinkability that has made it one of the brewery's most popular seasonal offerings.
