Nishikisekai Tanrei Karakuchi Junmaishu (淡麗辛口純米酒) is a light-dry pure rice sake from Takeuchi Shuzojo in Hofu City, Yamaguchi. Using 100% Yamaguchi Prefecture rice with the pure underground well water of the Saba River, this 1909-founded brewery produces a clean, dry junmai that showcases the crisp, refreshing character that defines the tanrei karakuchi style.
