Josenshu Uijin Wankappu is the single-serve cup format of Furuhashi Shuzou's flagship Uijin brand from Tsuwano, Shimane, a castle town known as the 'Little Kyoto of San'in.' Founded in 1878, the brewery uses Aono Mountain spring water and Takatsu River terroir for even this everyday cup sake.

代表銘柄「右陣」の名の由来は、初代が鳥羽伏見の戦いで広島藩主の馬廻りとして17歳で活躍したことに由来します。創業以来、厳冬の津和野で育まれた地酒造りを続け、津和野の「厳しい冬の寒さ」「上質な仕込み水」「良質な米」という良酒に欠かせない条件を活かした酒造りを行っています。店内では全種類の酒を無料で試飲することができます。
