Nippon Bare at 60% polishing was brewed in 2009 and has spent over fifteen years cellaring at the Darumamasamune kura in Gifu. Soft water from the Mugi River and five-stage brewing with no charcoal filtration underpin all Darumamasamune vintage koshu.
