Since the Edo period, the cheers of the crane in Nada and Sawa have been particular about the traditional techniques and quality of Tambu, who are called "Tamba Mori." Sawa's crane inherits the tradition of Tamba -ryu, pursues innovative technology on top of it, and aims for the best quality in Japan as "Nada Main Style Sake".
