Hakukoma Nama Honjozogenshu is an unpasteurized, undiluted Honjozo from Hakukoma Shuzo in Imanosho, Fukui, bottled with the full potency of freshly brewed sake intact. A small addition of brewer's alcohol sharpens the aroma and brightens the finish, while the genshu format amplifies the intensity usually softened by dilution.
