Akagishuzou Kabushikigaisha is located in Bitchu-cho, Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture, and produces the Kyokusui brand as part of its regional sake lineup. The brewery draws on the agricultural heritage of the Kibi Plateau and the clean water of western Okayama to craft its sake. Kyokusui Karakuchi is the brewery's dry honjozo expression, characterised by a refreshing, slightly dry profile.
