Okada Honke, the last remaining sake brewery in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, has been brewing since 1874 using 100% Hyogo-grown rice including varieties they cultivate themselves. The Kinshiseiten label reflects the brewery's commitment to locally rooted, hand-crafted production carried out by just two brewers. Their careful approach has earned recognition at the Osaka Regional Tax Bureau's Sake Appraisal and the National New Sake Competition.
