Kinginka Co., Ltd., founded in the Kyoho era (1716-1736) in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, is the city's sole remaining sake brewery, drawing its water from the pure Kiso River subsoil in a city historically associated with Sakemi Shrine, considered the birthplace of sake brewing. The brewery takes its name from an ancient blessing of gold, silver, and flowers and has distinguished itself by building its entire brewing team around women, operating under the motto of creating sake that makes women shine.
