Le riz Miyama Nishiki poli à 55 % est fermenté jusqu'à atteindre une valeur de nihonshu-do très sèche de +14, puis mis en bouteille comme genshu non dilué à environ 17,5 % ABV. Ce tokubetsu junmai met en avant un profil serré et sec, avec un umami de riz ferme et une finale propre et puissante.
