Kujira Ichibigenshu (一番原酒) est le sake de première pression non dilué du domaine de Chiyoshuzou, élaboré avec du Yamada Nishiki issu des propres champs de la brasserie et poli à 60%. Fondée en 1873 à Gose City au pied du mont Katsuragi, cette brasserie de Nara sous la direction du toji-vigneron Tetsuya Sakai apporte une vision vineuse à l'art du sake de riz pur.
