Akitabare
Akita Shuzo, dont le prédécesseur Kunimanzai Shuzo a commencé à brasser en 1908 dans la préfecture d'Akita, a fusionné avec son affilié d'embouteillage en 2012 pour former la société actuelle. Akitabare est entièrement brassé à partir d'ingrédients de la préfecture d'Akita, notamment le riz à sake Gin no Sei développé localement, qui est cuit à la vapeur dans des chaudrons traditionnels en fonte et fermenté lentement à basse température. Le daiginjo de la marque a remporté la médaille d'or au Wine Glass de Oishii Nihonshu Award trois années consécutives, de 2022 à 2024.
