Historia
1848
Founded as the historic sake brewery "Amano Shuzo" in Kameyaki, Handa City, Aichi Prefecture, famous for the Shioi Festival.
1917
Reorganized as a limited partnership company (goshi kaisha).
1946
Launched the sake brand "Hatsuyumezakura".
1984
Won its first Gold Award at the National New Sake Awards.
2010
Established the current company, Morita Kinshachi Shuzo, taking over the business of Amano Shuzo (February 2010).
2010
Launched the sake brand "Kinshachi" (June 2010).
2011
Toru Shimizu became toji (master brewer); began displaying "Kinshachi" decorated sake barrels at the Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament.
2017
"Kinshachi Daiginjo" won the Gold Award at the Heisei 28 Brewing Year National New Sake Awards (May 2017).
