Yuumura is a sub-label of Murayuu Sake Brewery that presents a counterpoint to the main brand's sweet orientation, offering a drier, more restrained profile under the tokubetsu junmai grade. The brewery's signature soft mouthfeel and clean finish carry through, but with the acidity taking a more prominent role than sweetness.
