以精米步合55%的宫真锦酿造,通过瓶内二次发酵锁住自然气泡与新酒活泼风味的浊酒。诹访的伊东酒造使用雾ヶ峰地下水与长野县产米,展现出信州清酒独有的地域个性。瓶内发酵特有的细腻气泡与苹果般明亮的酸味,在淡淡的浑浊之中徐徐散开。
