被誉为"酒米之王"的"山田锦",选用在兵库县吉川町特A地区(兵库县内仅5个地区之一)栽培的最高级酒米,进一步精磨后,在攀登山顶的酒藏中酿造而成的纯米酒。口味特征上,由于自然淘汰生成乳酸,经过筛选的乳酸菌酸味令余味更佳,酿成了力道十足的口感。请尽情享用本店擅长的山登り酿造所带来的芳醇风味。

这家酒造拥有约200年的历史,明治初年曾是颇具规模的历史名酿。名工渡边直彦曾荣获第27届全国新酒鉴评会金奖,并于1995年底重返酒造。现任总裁渡边正在打造全新的"农业出口"品牌,清酒酿造米100%使用兵库县吉川地区出产的酒米。
