This is the first season of the season, released in December every year. The characteristic of Masamune Yamagata, such as grapefruit and mascat (especially around seeds), is particularly common. The making itself is hardly changed from the cold season, but this fragrance appears stably due to the difference in temperature. Please enjoy the strength of the nigori and the freshness unique to raw sake.
