Description

Honjozo from Tsukinowa brewery in Iwate's Shiwa district, made with soft well water drawn from the Kitakami River basin. Released as a fresh-pressed shiboritate, it is the brewery's seasonal offering best enjoyed young.

该酒造1886年创立于南部杜氏发祥地岩手县紫波郡紫波町。历代藏元皆身兼杜氏，亲自主导酿酒，如今第五代横泽裕子秉持「以家业而非企业之心经营」的信念，不断传承传统、革新技术。主要使用岩手县产酒米「吟乙女」「吟银河」「结之香」，以北上川伏流水（软水）精心酿造，追求清澈柔和中带有扎实醇厚的风味。
