The three-year aged version of Masukagami's 'Netaro' series rests in dedicated earthenware vessels at 15°C for three times as long as its sibling, developing a remarkably smooth and complex character. This tokubetsu junmaishu from Kamo City, Niigata, rewards patience with layers of mellow umami and a velvety texture.
