长州酒造承接了下关市菊川町老字号酒藏玉田酒造的事业，重新出发酿造清酒。新创品牌"天美"之名取自日本古神"天照大神"一词中的一字，寓意阳光哺育稻谷之意。酒藏相信"小差异成就大不同"，精心积累每一个细微工序，希望无论爱酒之人还是初次接触日本酒的人，都能传递那份令人心旷神怡的感动，并酿造出无论喜悦还是悲伤都能慰藉内心的清酒。
