Description

This limited shiboritate nama release from Shinshu Meijo in Ueda, Nagano is bottled fresh at around 17% alcohol without filtration, giving it pronounced richness and the characteristic freshness of a just-pressed sake. Brewed with the brewery's signature ultra-soft Wada Pass obsidian water, it carries green-apple notes, dense umami, and a sharp, clean finish.
