Junmai daiginjo from the Ito label, brewed in Ibaraki Prefecture. Ibaraki is home to several breweries that have won national recognition, and the highly polished rice and careful low-temperature fermentation characteristic of the daiginjo grade define this offering from the Suifumeijou kura.
