Description
The Ito junmai is produced in Ibaraki Prefecture by Suifumeijou, a kura that also bottles under the Suifumeijou label. Ibaraki's sake tradition benefits from the Nasu mountain range's water and locally developed brewing rice, yielding clean, food-complementary junmai.
