It is a dry Junmai Ginjo Sake using Shizuoka Yeast HD-1, which cuts the rice brewing rice and the rice suitable for sake brewing to 50 % and uses Shizuoka Yeast HD-1. There is a rich ginjo incense, astringent and acidity. Please enjoy it with cold sake or warm warm.
