A tokubetsu junmai from Soukou Shuzo named Sakehakiyokimizu, produced at Oita City's sole remaining sake brewery. The brewery sources Oita Prefecture rice and employs Kumamoto active yeast in crafting its special junmai lineup, which has earned recognition including gold at the U.S. National Sake Appraisal.
