Yamanashi Meijo Co., Ltd.

Yamanashi
Founded in Hakushu's famous water, the first Ihei Nakaya was founded in 1750 (Edo Kanei 3). Since then, the famous water in Hakushu has been reborn as a fresh sake "Seven Ken" depending on the rice, water, and human hands. Our store holds the old Koshu Kaido Odai Harajuku, which has an old townscape. Please include the water in Hakushu in your mouth. It fits into your mouth. There is no surprising corner and the cut is comfortable. What was raised in the structure was "liquor that can embody the water in Hakushu in Hakushu". We repeated prototypes in search of the structure that goes well with the water in Hakushu, and established a ginjo -brewed raw sake -made method. The moisture, freshness, refreshing, and lightness in the mouth is the true value of seven wise using water in Hakushu. Seven Ken keeps the excitement of the drinker.
