东广岛市久保田酒造将中晚生新千本以精米步合70%酿造的搾立一番生原酒吟酿。将该季节最初的压榨不经加热处理,以原酒直接瓶装,最大限度地引出了广岛特有的软水发酵中诞生的醪液新鲜感与浓缩旨味。
