Josen Komenosei is a honjozo brewed with Nourinn 22 rice at the Saijotsuru Brewery in Higashi-Hiroshima, using the ancient Tenpo-era well water on the sake district's historic street. No product-specific taste information was found beyond the brewery's traditional hand-crafted approach.
