奥飞騨酒造位于岐阜县中央的下呂市金山町，自享保5年（1720年）起经营酒铺，迄今已逾300年。酒造使用清流飞騨川与益田川汇流处独特的纯净地下水酿酒，旗下有创业品牌"初白"及由尾张藩主命名、寓意"水绿环绕之地"的"奥飞騨"。杜氏后藤胜信坚持使用当地酒米"飞騨ほまれ"等精选原料，采用木盖麴等传统手工工法，多次荣获各类大奖。
