奥飞騨酒造位于岐阜县中央的下呂市金山町，自享保5年（1720年）起经营酒铺，迄今已逾300年。酒造使用清流飞騨川与益田川汇流处独特的纯净地下水酿酒，旗下有创业品牌"初白"及由尾张藩主命名、寓意"水绿环绕之地"的"奥飞騨"。杜氏后藤胜信坚持使用当地酒米"飞騨ほまれ"等精选原料，采用木盖麴等传统手工工法，多次荣获各类大奖。

1720
Founded in October 1720 (Kyoho 5) by Yoshidaya Takichi as a sake brewing business.
1952
Incorporated as Takagi Shuzo Co., Ltd.; Takagi Takichi (Kohei) became president.
1959
Granted a vodka manufacturing license.
1971
Obtained a wholesale license for all liquor categories.
1984
Completed the Takagi Shuzo museum.
1989
Began exporting to Hong Kong.
2000
Won a Gold Award at the National New Sake Awards.
2016
Won the top Gold Award at the 2016 National Kanzake (Warm Sake) Contest.
