Nijugobiwai Jukusei Shushushinenhonjozo Namagenshu is a 25th-anniversary commemorative honjozo genshu from Sankan Shuzo in Okayama, aged and bottled as undiluted unpasteurized sake, using local rice polished to 50%. The extended maturation celebrates a milestone in the brewery's history.

本酒造自江户时代1806年起,在仓敷岛(现冈山县仓敷市儿岛)从事酿造业。儿岛自古便是纤维产业繁荣之地,有"纤维之岛"之称,牛仔布、校服和榻榻米等各类纤维工厂云集。这里也是日本年日照时间最长、降雨最少的"晴天之国"冈山,但因受中国山地影响,水资源依然丰富。酒造以一级河川高梁川的水源酿酒,所用米全部来自仓敷市,以醇厚干辣、百喝不厌的口感,酿造深受当地喜爱的地酒。
