Miyoshigiku Kamenoo Murokagenshu

I used the tail of the tortoise of an organic farmer in Tokushima Prefecture. Although it is made of pure rice, it becomes normal sake because it does not take grade. This year, it is a half of the Yamada Nishiki and the tail of the turtle. It is a neat sake quality, but it is a delicious sake.
