Description

白曲带来的清爽酸味与米的温柔甜味。使用山形县产食用米「つや姫」与三轩茶屋的井水酿造而成的浊酒。精心酿造,充分发挥了创业精神与酒藏自然恩惠。此外,不使用任何无须标注的添加剂,采用「无添加」工艺。使用日本国菌之一的白曲(A.Kawachii),实现了冷饮时也美味的甜酸风味。以口感丰厚的米保留米的香气,隐约感受到淡淡的甜味,恰到好处的酸味令人心旷神怡。
