以柚子与七味唐辛子酿制的日本酒。这是首次将辛辣味融入风味的酿造尝试,在众多辛辣食材中,选择了代表日本的香料——七味唐辛子。与柚子的搭配,让您在感受辛辣刺激的同时,还能享受香气馥郁的风味。江户时代广泛流传、深受人们喜爱的东京调味料「七味」,此次特别准备了被称为三大七味之一的老字号「药研堀」。在高知县马路村,还在七味中加入了醪糟。融入代表日本的柑橘——柚子的清爽香气,与白曲的酸味相互协调,尽享若风风格的植物清酒。
