We decided to use Shichimi, a leading spice in Japan, from various pungency materials. By combining yuzu, you can enjoy the fragrant taste with spicy pungency. Shichimi, a seasoning from Tokyo that spread and loved by people during the Edo period. This time, a long -established "Yagen Hori", which is also known as the three major Shichimi, was specially prepared. In addition to the Shichimi, the mash was added to Maji Village in Kochi Prefecture. By incorporating the refreshing aroma of Yuzu, one of the representative citrus in Japan, it was harmonized with the sourness of white koji. Please enjoy the botanical sake like Wakaze.
