It is a special pure rice liquor that is prepared with a natural yeast (Okusu yeast) collected from Kagawa Prefecture's sake rice "Ooseto" and towered in Kinjing no Sato, about 900 years old (sacred tree of sake brewing). 。 It is a liquor that has a pleasant sour taste and feels a clean throat. Please enjoy the great nature of nature.

金陵创业于宽政元年（1789年），自江户时代起被称为"讃岐的金比罗酒"，作为海上运输守护神金刀比罗宫的御神酒而广受各地参拜者青睐。酒造使用金比罗山的渊水与有900年以上历史的久原八幡宫的御神水，以讃岐平原产的本地酒米，在220余年的历史中积累传统、技艺与匠心。近年还积极开发活用果酸、使用葡萄酒酵母和橄榄酵母的新品，追求与多样饮食场景的搭配可能性。
