Description

Hand-drawn and bottle-filled directly from the pressing vessel, this Tokubetsu Junmai genshu captures fresh fermentation gases and a hazy shimmer from residual fine lees. Brewed at one of Kochi's oldest sake cellars using underground water fed by the Shimanto River watershed.
