Matsuyama Mii rice polished to 60% forms the base of this Tokubetsu Junmai, made with Kochi yeast and Shimanto River source water at one of Japan's oldest continuously active provincial breweries. The sake follows the Tosa dry tradition while maintaining a clean, rounded body.
