Kizuna is Mori Shuzojo's flagship junmai daiginjo, made with 100% Yamada Nishiki polished to 39%, expressing the bond between the Hirado terroir, local farmers, the brewery's resident microflora, and generations of the Mori family. It delivers elegant ginjo aroma of apple and melon with lactic hints, smooth sweetness on the palate, and a delicate, refined acidity, and earned recognition at the 2022 National New Sake Appraisal.
