创业于明治28年,全品纯米酿造。为让消费者不受标签术语左右、找到真正喜爱的产品,酒造以吟酿之心酿造,但不使用大吟酿标注。为表现平户风土,大部分使用产自平户的山田锦及在平户梯田种植的食用米(日本晴、越光米、日向光),其中越光米和日向光产自被列为世界遗产的春日梯田。酿造师积极推动无农药米合作,并已着手两个无农药米品牌,以无过滤生原酒出货,不加水稀释。
