酒藏位于宫城县大崎市,这里是笹锦与一目惚等优质酒米的发祥地,拥有丰沛的地下涌泉。一ノ蔵于1973年由宫城县四家历史悠久的酒藏合并而成,名称寓有"四家合为一藏,目标成为日本第一"之意。1977年推出当时引发课税制度争议的"无鉴查"系列,1988年开发低酒精清酒"姬善",1998年再度开创"铃の"等全新风格,至今仍坚守以"手工"酿造高品质日本酒的创业精神,并积极推动农业振兴与环保,致力于实现"一ノ蔵式第六次产业"的愿景。
