A Honjozo shiboritate (freshly pressed) genshu (undiluted) from Kikubummei by Kitamura Jozo in Hiroshima, bottled straight from the press at natural cask strength. The brewer's alcohol addition in the honjozo style brightens the aroma, while the undiluted format and Hiroshima soft water give the sake weight and immediacy.
