Sakura Le Cerisier Rose is a junmai ginjo muroka namazake brewed with Miyama Nishiki at 50% polish and Kyokai No. 7 yeast, finished with fine sediment (origarami) and light natural carbonation. The aroma offers fresh pear and lychee notes, with gentle sweetness, umami, and a clean dry finish.
