An unfiltered, unpasteurized nigori junmai from Zuikan in Hiroshima, this sake carries the creamy body and immediate freshness of an unheated namazake while the suspended sediment adds texture and a rustic rice depth. The Zuikan brand's soft spring water base and commitment to rice-forward brewing underpin the style. Produced in limited seasonal quantities.
