Rikyuubai Mukune Shoyo (無垢根笑顔) Junmai Daiginjo, meaning pure-rooted smiling face, is from Daimon Brewery in Katano City, Osaka, named after the original founding village of Mukune. Founded in 1826 and applying ginjo methods to every grade, this premium expression from the 6th-generation toji-owner pairs the poetic naming tradition of the Rikyuubai brand with daiginjo-level refinement.
