新潟县
鲇正宗酒造创立于1875年,以酒窖中每小时涌出6吨的天然泉水酿酒,其创业之初便是因初代飯塚彦左衛門发现这一取之不尽的优质泉水而起步。酒名"鲇正宗"源自昭和年间,从京都伏见丰秀若宫来访、在以著名游乐场闻名的妙高高原町赤仓停留时,在此垂钓时所赐予的名称。
