这是自1972年开始发售的本店最高杰作。以被誉为酒米之王的兵库县产山田锦为原料,精心研磨,使用手工曲和静冈型培养酵母精心酿造。压榨后的酒液立即加热杀菌装瓶,在冷藏库中历经3年缓慢熟成,等待出货。看似相互矛盾的「新鲜」与「熟成」两种元素完美融合,令人得以享受令人联想到南国水果的温柔典雅吟酿香,以及如绸缎般柔顺的口感。

静冈县
初亀酒造创立于1636年,是静冈县历史最悠久的酒藏,品牌寓意"如初日之光芒、如龟之长寿繁荣"。酒藏位于优质玉露茶产地藤枝市冈部町,以南阿尔卑斯山系清流"朝日川"的伏流水为酿造用水,选用酒米"誉富士"与手工麴低温发酵。酿出的清酒带有热带熟果般的吟酿香气,口感轻盈,自然甜味在口中蔓延,收尾利落。
