Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% forms the foundation of this daiginjo from the Tokoname, Aichi brewery founded in 1848. Brewed using traditional wooden koji-making equipment and spring water from the Ise Bay coastline, the Hakuroku label represents the daiginjo tier of the Hakuro lineup.
